Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase of sheds, garages, barns, pergolas, gazebos, pavilions, or related products and services (“Products”) from Waterloo Structure, 3314 West Lincoln Hwy, Parkesburg, PA 19365 (“Waterloo Structure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Pricing & Quotes

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for base models and are provided for general information only. Final pricing depends on size, materials, options, delivery distance, site conditions, and applicable taxes. A written quote or order form issued by Waterloo Structure is the only binding price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice before an order is confirmed.

2. Ordering & Deposits

• An order is confirmed only when you sign a written order form and we receive the required deposit.
• Custom-built Products typically require a non-refundable deposit once materials are ordered or construction begins. The deposit amount is stated on your order form.
• The remaining balance is due upon delivery or completion of on-site construction unless other terms are agreed in writing.
• Changes requested after an order is confirmed may affect price and schedule and must be approved in writing.

3. Delivery & Installation

• We deliver and install throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland. Delivery fees may apply based on distance.
• Delivery and build dates are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, or site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes.
• You are responsible for providing clear, safe, and reasonably level access to the installation site, free of obstructions such as overhead wires, low branches, fences, septic systems, and soft ground.
• If the site is not accessible or prepared on the scheduled date, additional trip or labor charges may apply.

4. Site Preparation, Permits & Property Lines

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you are responsible for site preparation (including a suitable foundation or base), obtaining any required building permits or HOA approvals, and confirming property lines, setbacks, and the location of underground utilities. Waterloo Structure is not responsible for zoning, permit, or HOA compliance or for damage to unmarked underground lines, lawns, or driveways that results from normal delivery.

5. Warranty

Waterloo Structure warrants that its Products will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use for the period stated on your order form. Manufacturer warranties on materials such as roofing, siding, vinyl, doors, windows, and hardware are passed through to you. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper or unlevel foundations, ground settling, or moisture from poor drainage;
• Natural characteristics of wood, including checking, knots, shrinkage, warping, or color variation;
• Damage from misuse, overloading, alterations, or modifications by others;
• Failure to perform routine maintenance such as staining, sealing, or painting wood surfaces;
• Acts of nature, including storms, wind, hail, flooding, falling trees, fire, or pests.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We will repair or replace defective workmanship at our discretion.

6. Cancellations & Returns

• Because most Products are built to order, they cannot be returned once delivered or constructed.
• Orders cancelled before materials are ordered or construction begins may be eligible for a deposit refund, less any costs already incurred.
• Orders cancelled after construction has started are subject to forfeiture of the deposit and payment for work completed.
• Please inspect your Product at delivery and report any visible damage or defects within 7 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterloo Structure’s total liability arising from any Product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of stored contents, or property damage not caused by our negligence. Products are not designed for human habitation unless specified in writing.

8. Website Use

Website content, including text, images, and logos, is provided for informational purposes and may not be copied without permission. Photos are representative; actual Products may vary in color, materials, and details. We may update this website and these Terms at any time; the version posted here applies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
