About Waterloo Structure
Decades of experience building quality structures for families and businesses across the mid-Atlantic region.
Meet Marvin Zook
Marvin Zook brings decades of experience in the shed and structure industry. With deep roots in the craft and a passion for quality construction, Marvin founded Waterloo Structure to help families and businesses across Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland find the right outdoor structure for their needs.
Over the years, Marvin has built a reputation for honest communication, fair pricing, and structures that stand the test of time. His philosophy is simple: build it right the first time, use quality materials, and treat every customer the way you would want to be treated.
Whether you need a compact garden shed or a full-size two-car garage, Marvin and the Waterloo Structure team are here to guide you through the process — from initial consultation to final delivery.
“After decades in this business, I have learned that the most important part is not just building structures — it is helping people make informed decisions. My goal has always been the same: to serve customers with honesty, expertise, and care.”
— Marvin Zook, Founder
